About Us

Established over 30 years ago, Garden City Auto Trimming is the most recognised and reputable upholstery business in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs Region. Founded originally by Mark Jensen, the business welcomed Stephen Wenham as Mark’s right hand man. Having had training, knowledge and experience from his father, Steve has always had a passion for breathing life into furniture and motor vehicles. 

In 2010, Stephen and his wife Rebecca took over the business. Since then, Garden City Auto Trimming has grown significantly and now employs a full-time motor trimmer and full time upholsterer. Having outgrown the original space, the workshop is now located in Hampton Street.

Being a local family owned and operated business, Steve and Bec are proud supporters of Steven Spark at Smithy’s TGW Gym.
